Placing an Order
To place an order, simply complete the required billing and shipping details on our website. You may also receive assistance from our customer service team via phone, if needed.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouses or stores located in India. We aim to deliver your products within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your delivery address.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is delivered, ownership and risk of damage or loss transfer to you. Deliveries are made by trusted third-party courier/logistics partners or postal services, typically between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Delivery & Acknowledgement
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If someone other than the purchaser signs for the package at the provided address, we are not responsible. Similarly, we are not liable for any damage reported after the package has been opened.

If there is any shortage or damage, please report it on the day of delivery through our ‘Contact Us’ page. Also, ensure the issue is noted and signed on the delivery proof and handed back to the delivery person.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges vary based on the product type, size, packaging, and destination. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of ₹750 or more qualify for free delivery.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A charge of ₹100 applies to all orders below ₹750.

  • Special Handling: Any additional handling charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.
