Pav Bhaji Masala

Method: Boil 4 large potatoes, 1/2 cup of peas, and 1/2 cup of chopped carrots. Heat 50 grams of butter or ghee on a griddle (tava) and sauté 2 chopped onions. Add 2 chopped tomatoes, 4 teaspoons of Pav Bhaji masala, and salt to taste. Incorporate the mashed potatoes and vegetables into the mixture. Add a little water and cook while stirring until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Separately, slice plain buns (Pav) horizontally through the middle, spread them with butter, and toast them on the griddle. Serve the Pav and Bhaji together.
